You are responsible for providing complete, accurate, current, and truthful information.
Avanza United prepares tax returns based on the information and documents available to us and any additional information reasonably requested during the preparation process.
Incorrect, incomplete, inconsistent, missing, or late information may affect your tax return.
You should immediately tell Avanza United if information you previously provided changes or if you discover an error.
5. Review of Information and Supporting Documents
Avanza United may review the information and documents you provide and may ask additional questions when necessary.
If information appears incorrect, incomplete, inconsistent, or unclear, we may request additional information or supporting documents.
Avanza United may delay or refuse to prepare or file a return until questions are reasonably resolved.
We will not knowingly prepare or file information that we believe is false, fraudulent, or improper.

Depending on your situation, this may include tax forms, income records, expense records, identification documents, dependent information, business records, and other supporting information.
Avanza United may request additional documents when necessary.
Missing documents may delay or prevent completion of your return.
8. Filing Deadlines
Avanza United does not guarantee that a tax return can be completed or filed by a particular deadline.
You are responsible for providing requested information and documents early enough for the work to be completed.
Providing information close to a filing deadline does not guarantee that Avanza United will have enough time to complete your return.
Government outages, software problems, emergencies, missing information, or other circumstances may also cause delays.
9. Tax Extensions
An extension to file a tax return generally provides additional time to file. It does not necessarily provide additional time to pay taxes that are due.
Taxes, penalties, or interest may still apply even when an extension has been filed.
Avanza United does not guarantee that filing an extension will prevent penalties, interest, or other charges.
Clients are responsible for discussing extension needs with Avanza United before applicable deadlines.
10. IRS and State Tax Agencies
Avanza United is an independent tax service provider.

Avanza United does not control when a refund is issued.
We do not guarantee the amount or timing of a refund.
12. Processing Time Estimates

Avanza United does not guarantee processing times controlled by another organization.
13. Tax Credits and Deductions
Tax credits and deductions depend on eligibility under applicable law.
You may only claim credits and deductions for which you legally qualify.
Avanza United may ask questions or request documents to determine whether information supports a claimed credit or deduction.
We may refuse to claim a credit, deduction, expense, dependent, or other tax benefit when we believe there is not sufficient information to support it.

If you request direct deposit or another electronic payment method, you are responsible for providing correct banking information.
You should carefully review:
- Bank name
- Routing number
- Account number
- Account type
- Other payment information
Incorrect information may cause a refund or payment to be delayed, rejected, or sent incorrectly.
Avanza United is not responsible for problems caused by incorrect banking information provided or approved by the client, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
23. IRS and State Tax Notices
Receiving a notice from the IRS or a state tax agency does not automatically mean that your tax return was prepared incorrectly.

Unless specifically stated otherwise in a separate agreement, tax preparation fees are not a guarantee of a particular refund or tax result.
